Classified by the National Trust, “Rockend” is where A.B.’Banjo’ Paterson lived as a young man with his grandmother.Situated within 5 acres of parkland the restaurant is surrounded by beautifully landscaped gardens overlooking the water, making it ideal for garden ceremonies.Old-World Charm. Sweeping Water Views.Immediately below the cottage, on the foreshores of the Parramatta River, is a substantial tidal jetty suitable for all types of boats, also allowing access for water taxis which is a lovely way for the bride & groom or guests to arrive or depart.The adjoining car park has room for over 50 cars.
